<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically reflect a connect-regulated state of a terminating exchange node to an originating exchange node in an ATM-LAN system to eliminate the useless call connection process and the connect regulation registration of exchange nodes, thereby greatly lightening the load of the exchange node. SOLUTION: A terminating side ATM exchange node 10D registers call- terminating regulations for an ATM terminal DDA connected thereto. At setting of a call from an ATM terminal AAA connected to an originating side ATM exchange node 10A, a call receive rejection message expressing the call- terminating regulations contents of the node 10D is returned to the originating side ATM exchange node to automatically reflect the connect regulations of the terminating side ATM exchange node to a relay ATM exchange node 10C and the originating side ATM exchange node 10A, so that the originating side ATM exchange node 10A executes the connect regulation process for re-calling.</p> |
