PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically inform an opposite party who desires to receive polling that it is in a polling transmission waiting state. SOLUTION: Communication terminal equipment includes an operation panel part 1 constituted of keys for operating facsimile by a user and of a display part, a read part 2 for reading a set original, a control part 3 for controlling the whole facsimile, a picture data storing part 5 which is positioned in a memory part 4, internally provided with a polling transmission data storing part 7 consisting of one of a plurality of polling transmission Boxes and stores picture data which is memory-read by the read part 2, a destination data register part 6 which is also positioned in the memory part 4 and registers a polling destination list 8 corresponding to each polling transmission Boxes in the polling transmission data storing part 7, a communication part 9 for conducting a processing with respect to communication with opposite equipment such as a facsimile and a report generating part 10 for generating a polling transmission waiting report.
