PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an emergency message system capable of reducing a labor of management of a sensor while properly coping with emergency of a dweller. SOLUTION: An emergency message device 2 installed in a dweller's house 1 is connected with emergency related facilities A such as a fire station and a police station via a telephone line, etc., and a message is given from the emergency message device 2 to the emergency related facilities A. The emergency message device 2 is arranged in the dweller's house 1 and with which one or a plurality of human sensors 16 that detect a person are connected. And the emergency message device 2 is constituted such that the message is given to the emergency related facilities A when the dweller is not detected for over a long period since the dweller can not move, etc. in the case of detecting the dweller by the human sensors 16 and on the other hand, the message is given to the emergency related facilities A when an intruder is detected in the case of detecting the intruder by the human sensors 16.
