There are provided an electric motor 3 driven by (electric) power from a battery 2, a hydraulic pump 4 driven by the electric motor 3, a hydraulic motor 12b driven by operating oil discharged from the hydraulic pump 4; an operating member 13 for performing a predetermined operation by the drive of the hydraulic motor, and operating levers 5 for operating the operating member 13 by switching a flow and a shut-off of the operating oil discharged from the hydraulic pump 4. The operating levers 5 are operatable between a neutral position at which the hydraulic motor stops operation and an operating position at which the hydraulic motor operates. An acceltrimmer 65 is provided to adjust the supply amount of power from the battery 2 to the electric motor in the state where the operating levers are operated to the operating position.
