PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily create a target source code without depending on a specific development language and specific items. SOLUTION: A source code generation system is a generation model to be standard by every processing pattern and is provided with a generation model storage means for storing a generation model in a text form in which a control sentence to specify customizing conditions of the generation model is incorporated in a source code of the generation model, a program specification storage means for storing program specifications to be provided by spreadsheet software and that specifies the customizing conditions and a source code generation tool that enables selection of the generation model stored in the generation model storage means, enables selection of the program specification stored in the program specification storage means and generates the target source code based on the selected generation model and the program specification.
