PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescence panel that can realize fineness by a simple patterning method by the physical evaporation method using a mask. SOLUTION: Before patterning, protrusions are formed on the face and patterning is carried out by contacting the protrusions to the mask. Thereby, the mask and the face are put together as close as possible and, thereby, entering of the evaporation material is prevented and also rubbing of the mask and the patterning face is prevented.
