<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved method and system for optimizing a campaign. SOLUTION: The campaign is discriminated and related to a contact list for the campaign. Further, a factor is provided, which shows whether a contact is success or a failure in business during the campaign. Contacts which are completed are held in a completed contact list and determined, so that they are related to a success factor or failure factor of the campaign. Correlation is determined on the basis of one or more demographic attributes and at least one of the success factor and failure factor of the campaign. A remaining contact list including incomplete contacts from the campaign contact list is selected according to the determined correlation or logically retrieved and provided for a person in charge of a customer telephone desk.</p> |
