PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording medium is constituted by loading a disk-like optical recording section reduced in unbalance during rotation and an IC chip on the same substrate. SOLUTION: This recording medium is constituted by loading the disk-like optical recording section 21 and an IC module 31 on the same substrate 11 and rotates around the center of the disk-like optical recording section 21 as a center d of rotation. The recording medium described above is characterized in that the centroid o of the recording medium and the center d of rotation of the recording medium, i.e., the center of the hole section 12 of the disk-like optical recording section 21 are aligned to each other. |
