PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional mobile phone system where a radio wave sent from a wireless communication means of a simple base station installed at a border of a closed space gives effect on a device and a passing pacemaker and turns on/off in mistake a power supply of a mobile phone not entering/getting out from the closed space but passing around the border. SOLUTION: A mobile phone entering/getting out of the closed space incorporates a wireless card for transmitting its own telephone number or the like by means of magnetic field, the simple base station places a wireless card reader, which receives the telephone number or the like when the wireless card approaches the wireless card reader and transmits a power control signal to the wireless card by means of magnetic field, at a border of the closed space and places a wireless communication means that transmits a signal for communication pause/release setting to a public base station at the outside of the closed space.
