The invention relates to the use of at least one active substance for producing a pharmaceutical composition for the prophylaxis and/or treatment of at least one virus disease. The invention is characterised in that the active substance(s) inhibit(s) either at least two kinases or at least one SEK kinase of a cellular signal transmission path, in such a way that virus multiplication is inhibited.
