<p>The invention relates to fine mechanics and mechanotronics, in particular to a method for non-contact displacement of elements, more specifically to the method for displacing a movable element in a non-contact transfer. Said method can be used for instrument engineering as a positioner or the component thereof, for a feeding device of high-accuracy machines, robots and for similar purposes in micro-electromechanical systems. The aim of said invention is to use the inventive method for non-contact positioning of two linearly independent co-ordinates and free non-contact displacement of working surfaces of movable and a fixed elements, respectively which are oriented towards each other and separated by a gap, along the third co-ordinate. Said invention is characterised in that one element is disposed in such a way that it is movable in relation to the other element. The free non-contact displacement of the movable element (2) along the co-ordinate which is directed along slots (8, 9) is performed when a medium is introduced into the gap (1), each slot having an axial line in the form of a line of permanent curvature.</p> |
