A medium density fibreboard (MDF) manufacturing assembly has a drying unit followed by a dispenser admixing a bonding agent to the fibres and a press. The assembly esp. has a mechanical handling device which transports the fibres from the drying assembly to the bonding agent dispenser (2, 8). Also claimed is a commensurate fibreboard.
