FIELD: medicinal biochemistry, medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicinal agent comprising supersmall doses of monoclonal, polyclonal immune or natural antibodies in activated form raised to substance being mainly to protein or peptide taking part in carbohydrate or lipid metabolism or regulating indicated species of metabolism. Antibodies are prepared by method of multiple successive dilution and external effect being mainly by homeopathic technology. Invention relates also to method of regulation of carbohydrate and lipid metabolism by administration of indicated medicinal agent. Invention provides the development of effective preparation for regulation o carbohydrate and lipid metabolism and for prophylaxis and treatment of complications caused by impairment of carbohydrate and lipid metabolism and exhibiting specific pharmacological activity, absence of by-side effects, ecological purity and low cost.
