PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radar device suppressing an unclear radar image producing by range ambiguity when a pulse repeating frequency is high in the radar device. SOLUTION: When the pulse width of a random signal generating with a random signal generator is represented byτ, the random signals composed of non-correlation random numbers everyτ0 are produced withτ0 satisfyingτ0<<τ, and these random signals produced in pulse repeating periods are made in a non-correlation state each other.
