<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of improving image quality of a reflection type liquid crystal display. SOLUTION: In this reflection type liquid crystal display having a plurality of signal wires 4 and scanning wires 1 arranged in a matrix shape, at least one or more switching elements in accordance with each intersection point of the signal wires and scanning wires, an insulation film having an almost flat surface formed on the signal wires 4, the scanning wires 1 and the switching elements, and a reflection pixel electrode 8 formed on the almost flat surface of the insulation film so as to be connected to the switching elements via contact holes 7 provided on the insulation film, the signal wires 4 are superimposed under the reflection pixel electrode 8 to be formed.</p> |
