A address information is recorded in a meandering track groove (2) of an optical disc medium. The track groove (2) consists of unit sections (22, 23) , where the side faces of the unit sections (22, 23) are displaced periodicall y in the radial direction of the disc. This displacement oscillates in a singl e cycle along the track, and the pattern of displacement differs with the bit (subinformation) of address information allocated to each of the sections (2 2, 23).
