PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an optical fiber which is run through unintentionally twists or curves. SOLUTION: An optical connector boot is equipped with a mount part which is mounted on a connector ferrule and a rectangularly-sectioned wire run part that an optical fiber cable is run through, and the wire run part curves from one end side to the other end side along the length and is provided with the mount part at one end and a lead-in opening for leading the optical fiber cable in at the other end. The lead-in opening and a lead-out opening are made different in direction so that when the optical fiber cable lead in the wire run part from the lead-in opening is led out of the lead-out opening, the optical fiber cable in the wire run part is twisted around its axis; and a support part which supports the twisted optical fiber cable from below is provided in the wire run part.
