PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove a cap with a pilfer-proof band as well from an opening part of a container without generating a remaining of a bridge on the cap and leaving the pilfer-proof band on the opening part of the container when the cap is opened on the pilfer-proof cap made of a metal. SOLUTION: In the cap 1 made of the metal on the heal of the skirt part 12 of which the pilfer-proof band 13 is separably formed, an annular lower bead part 21 projecting outward is formed below a horizontal slit 16 and by making a vertical score 19 extending downward from the horizontal slit 16 to be interrupted for example, at the position of the lower bead part 21, remaining thickness of the score is partly made to be approximately the same thickness as the original sheet thickness at the position of the lower bead part 21 and then, the remaining thickness of the score is made to be minimum in the neighborhood of the bottom end of the lower bead part 21 and thereafter, the remaining thickness of the score gradually increases downward.
