PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp device capable of temporarily holding a panel material without changing the attitude. SOLUTION: This clamp device is provided with a rocket pin 1, a rocket seat surface 12, a clamp click 2 and a clamp cylinder 3 for driving the clamp click 2 to front and rear sides. When the clamp click 2 is projected and energized by a spring plunger 24, and the clamp click 2 is located at a forward position by a guide groove 22 according to the position, a click part 20 is stored into the rocket pin 1. When the click part 20 is projected from the rocket pin 1 side by the spring plunger 24 at an illustrated work set position and is located at a clamp position, the clamp click 2 is guided so that the projected click part 20 abuts on the clamp seat surface 12. When a rocket hole WII of a workpiece WI is engaged with the rocket pin 1 at the work set position, the clamp click 2 is temporarily pushed by the workpiece WI and the clamp click 2 is projected again to temporarily hold the workpiece WI without changing the attitude between the clamp click 2 and the clamp seat surface 12.
