摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-pollution hybrid engine, a low-pollution hybrid power system, and a low-pollution hybrid vehicle, which are reduced in size and cost, and have good fuel economy and high performance and simple structures, and provide a driving method of the hybrid vehicle. SOLUTION: The hybrid engine 10 comprises: a compressor 24; a feed water part 15; a steam explosion part 16; a combustor 18; and a flywheel turbine 20. Operating water is brought into contact with an arc to generate a stem explosion in the steam explosion part 16. On the other hand, power gas is generated in the combustor 18 by combustion by a compressed air and fuel, and the steam explosion part and the combustor are connected to the flywheel turbine 20, thereby obtaining machine output. By this machine output, propulsion units 52 and 56 are driven. A controller 57 is capable of selectively controlling operations of steam explosion part 16 and a fuel supply part with an operation parameter of the hybrid vehicle, thereby realizing both good fuel economy and low pollution.
