PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head edge cutting sheet facilitating the mounting on a cage and an edge cutting operation and excellent in edge cutting performance, and pile head cutting treatment method using the sheet. SOLUTION: A sheet body 1 comprises a holding part 6 and a drawing part 7. The sheet body 1 which covers the hollow part of a pile hole 2 across the cage 3 inserted into the pile hole is folded and held on part of the cage 3 before concrete placing. The sheet body 1 is mounted on the part of the cage 3 by the holding part 6. The sheet body 1 is drawn by the rope 10 of the drawing part 7 during the concrete placed in the pile hole 2 is in a flowing state to expand the folded sheet body 1 to the hollow part of the cage 3, and a concrete construction part is partitioned from a weld reinforcement part.
