PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal film-formed plastic film on which an electrode constituting an electronic part is formed by transfer and especially to provide a metal film transferring film for the electronic part with excellent transferring properties. SOLUTION: The metal film transferring film with a structure in which a releasing layer and a metal layer are made into films in this order on the plastic film and comprising a polyester comprising a polybasic acid with at least trivalence and a polyhydric alcohol as the releasing agent forming the releasing layer is provided.
