PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label capable of being manufactured without being influenced by the flaw possessed by a printing paper piece. SOLUTION: Punched parts are provided to a printed paper web 100 forming labels by a punching unit to form at least one row wherein punched ranges and non-punched ranges are alternately arranged. In this case, the punched ranges are respectively held to the state connected to the non-punched ranges along the line extending in the lateral direction of the paper web 100. The punched ranges are revolved from the plane of the paper web 100 in a folding- back unit 105 by the impact force of pressure air and also revolved in a flap state in the direction reverse to the running direction of the paper web 100 by a press roller so to be pressed to the non-punched ranges belonging to the punched ranges.
