PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card rack fitting structure which can attach/detach a card rack in one operation, be easily fitted and changed, constituted to be thin, stack containers without any troubles, and consistently display even when a card is large. SOLUTION: A pair of hook-shaped engagement pieces 6 which are erected from an outer surface and downwardly folded are integrated with a lower part of the outer surface of a synthetic resin carrying container 1, a stepped engagement part 9 is integrated with both upper parts of the hook-shaped engagement pieces, projecting pieces 19 and 26 for engagement are integrated with both ends of a lower side 16 and both ends of an upper side 24 of a card rack 15 formed of an elastic synthetic resin in a frame-like shape, and the projecting piece 19 for engagement formed on both ends of the lower side of the card rack is inserted for engagement inside the hook-shaped engagement piece from a lower part thereof, and the projecting piece 26 for engagement formed on both ends of the upper side of the card rack is located on the stepped engagement part by the elasticity of the card rack.
