PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a release wire length adjusting mechanism capable of easily adjusting a projected length of an inner wire in such a state that a drainage pin device remains unchanged. SOLUTION: An operating button 32 is undone, a rotational operating section 4 of the end of an adjusting bar 3 is rotated by a driver or the like to move the adjusting bar 3 to a control shaft 22, and it is so adjusted that the projected length from a drainage pin side of the inner wire W2 connected to the other end of the adjusting bar 3 becomes constant in length.
