<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid-controlled pilot type clutch device and a manufacturing method therefor, capable of keeping stable condition of a housing subassembly in a case, and reducing the manufacturing cost by reducing manufacturing time, even when the overall length of the housing subassembly in which a main clutch, a pilot clutch, a cam-type amplifier system, a yoke and the like are assembled at the housing varies. SOLUTION: A shim, having thickness corresponding to dimensions between a reference surface in a rotational axis direction of the housing integrated and connected with one side shaft and a yoke end surface assembled to the housing with the main clutch, the pilot clutch, and the cam type amplifier system, is interposed in between the yoke end surface and a bottom part of an engagement hole, which is formed at a rear case, engaged with and supports the yoke, so that variations in bound force of a disc spring intervened in between the shim and the yoke end surface lie within the allowed range.</p> |
