SOLUTION: To the header 2 where a brazing filler metal 11 is supplied only on the surface of the outer wall surface 2b side, a brazing fluxes 10a, 10b are coated on both of the inner wall surface 2a side and the outer wall surface 2b side to braze the tube 3.
