1. An apparatus, comprising:
image processing circuitry to generate a color image from a color mosaic image, the color mosaic image comprising an array of red pixel, blue pixel, and green pixel luminance values, wherein to generate the color image the image processing circuitry to:
determine first and second color differences based on at least a portion of the color mosaic image, wherein to determine the first color difference the image processing circuitry to subtract a combined sum of red pixel luminance values and of blue pixel luminance values of the portion from a sum of green pixel luminance values of the portion, wherein to determine the second color difference the image processing circuitry to determine a difference between a sum of red pixel luminance values and a sum of blue pixel luminance values of the portion;suppress pseudo-color in at least one of the first color difference or the second color difference to generate at least one of a pseudo-color suppressed first color difference or a pseudo-color suppressed second color difference; andperform color space conversion of at least one of the pseudo-color suppressed first color difference or the pseudo-color suppressed second color difference.
