PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film development processing device which performs processing of at least one kind of a photographic film practically consecutively from developing processing to scanning processing when handling a plurality of photographic films different in size. SOLUTION: A developing processing station 4 is provided with a first development carrying line for a first photographic film and a second development carrying line for a second photographic film, and a scanner station 5 is provided with a first scanning carrying line 50a through which each frame of the first developed photographic film is carried to a scanning point and a second scanning carrying line 50b, and the first development carrying line and the first scanning carrying line are connected so as to be able to continuously carry the first photographic film, and thus the first photographic film is consecutively subjected to developing processing and scanning processing.
