PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an external preparation composition excellent in effect on correcting unevenness of the skin, producing beautiful skin quality feeling and not causing deformation by sebum or sweet with time. SOLUTION: This external preparation composition comprises (1) a composite polymer power obtained by coating spherical fine particles of a silicone rubber having 0.1-100μm particle diameter with a polyorganosilsesquioxane resin and having 10-80 rubber hardness in JIS (type A test), (2) a polyether-modified silicone represented by formula (I) (wherein A is a group selected from the group consisting of methyl group, phenyl group and a specific polyoxyalkylene group; R is methyl group or phenyl group; (m) is an integer of 50-1, 000; (n) is an integer of 1-40), (3) fine particle silicic anhydride having 1-100 nm primary particle diameter, and (4) silicone oil.
