PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a symptom relaxant to be used during menstruation having the effect of relaxing various symptoms during menstruation, and to provide food/drink containing the above relaxant. SOLUTION: This symptom relaxant to be used during menstruation comprises oil and fat in which the γ-linolenic acid content and the 6-12C medium-chain fatty acid content of the total constituent fatty acid are >=5 mass%, respectively.
