PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine system capable of controlling the exhaust of CO, HC, and the like from the body of an engine even at starting of an engine. SOLUTION: A heat storage tank 4 is a closed body having a heat accumulating material for heat storage, therefore, the temperature in the tank is kept at high temperature even after an engine is shut down. For example, the tank 4 with the structure of a vacuum thermos bottle can keep an internal temperature high at least the boiling point of fuel over a span of several days. Use of such a tank 4 enables the control of the generation of CO, HC, and the like during startup since fuel is already heated at an early stage of startup, for instance, even when the body of an engine deactivated in the evening of the previous day is actuated in the morning of the following day.
