The tool has a shaft (1) connectable with a drive unit. A disc (7) of soft material such as plastics or rubber is connected rotationally secured to the shaft and the disc is fitted on the shaft by tensioner (9). The disc has a central opening (6) passing from one flat side (8) to the other flat side through which the tensioner can be connected to the shaft. The opening of the disc is other than circular. The tensioner can have a tension disc whose one side forms the bearing face for the disc of soft material.
