PURPOSE: A process for preparing simmered and seasoned hog's feet using pine needles is provided, therefore the prepared simmered and seasoned hog's feet has adult disease-inhibiting effect, plentiful nutrients and the flavor peculiar to pine needles. CONSTITUTION: The process for preparing simmered and seasoned hog's feet using pine needles comprises the steps of: inserting a seasoning consisting of fermented soybean paste, sesame oil, garlics and ginger, hog's feet, pine needles and water into a pot in a certain ratio; boiling the mixture at a certain temperature for a certain time, wherein the pine needle added is in an amount of 80 to 100g. |
