摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosetting powder coating which is excellent in continuous coating and can be used for recoating to give a mat film that is excellent in appearance stability and brings soft touch and high quality as felt in a suede. SOLUTION: The designable thermosetting powder coating comprises being obtained by spray drying an organic solvent solution comprising a thermosetting resin, a curing agent and a resin particle having a three-dimensional bridge structure as the indispensable film-forming components, wherein the thermosetting powder coating has an average particle size of 5-100μm.
