PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To favorably retain the engagement state between a worm wheel having an arc part coaxially and integrally rotating with a sun gear and a worm even if using helical gears having a superior quietness for the sun gear and planetary gears in a motor device having a speed reducer connecting a worm reducing gear and a planetary reducing gear into two stages. SOLUTION: When a motor part 11 rotates the worm 24 in a prescribed rotation direction (rotating about an arrow S), an axial reaction f2 is applied to the sun gear part 36 from the respective planetary gears 41. The inclination directions of the sun gear part 36, the respective planetary gears 41, and the helical gears 36a, 41a, and 42a of an internal gear 42 are so set that the reaction f2 applies in the direction of energizing a gear body 25 and the arc part 38 of the teeth 37 of the worm wheel part 35 is deeply geared with the teeth 24a of the worm 24.
