PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To feed collected snow into a snow collecting part where there is a snow melting part. SOLUTION: A stirring blade A and a stirring blade B having four blades each are installed perpendicular to each other. The blade positions of the stirring blades A and B are given a phase of 45 degrees each. The stirring blades A and B are interconnected by a chain to form a structure in which the blades make the same rotation in the same direction. Both of the stirring blades suck snow from bottom to top to feed the snow into the snow collecting part.
