PURPOSE: A device for lifting a door glass of a vehicle is provided to cut down the cost by reducing the number of parts, improve assembling performance, and efficiently perform use of space in assembling work. CONSTITUTION: A device for lifting a door glass of a vehicle comprises a door glass(2) installed to a door, to be slid up and down; a grip(10) supporting the lower end portion of the door glass, with disposed inside the door corresponding to the lower surface of the door glass; a guide plate(100) integrally extended from a side of the grip to the lower side; and a regulator arm(40) lifting the door glass while vertically turning by a regulator. The guide plate forms a guide groove(110) in the right and left directions. One end of the regulator arm is coupled on the regulator and the other end is installed at the guide groove of the guide plate, to be slid. Thus, additional rails are not required and therefore, the cost is reduced and the assembling performance is improved.
