<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently in consideration of environment produce a plastic composition which is obtained by heating, melting, and re-solidifying plastic waste and can be reused as fuel or for other purposes. SOLUTION: A method for re-solidifying plastic waste includes a process (a) in which plastics are crushed into chips or granules, a process (b) in which a fluorocarbon resin is selected/removed from the chips or the granules, a process (c) in which the chips or the granules with the fluorocarbon resin removed are heated/melted in a closed container, a process (d) in which the molten plastics are cooled/re-solidified, a process (e) in which waste gas generated in the process (c) is heated to convert chlorine gas into hydrogen chloride gas, and a process (f) in which dilute alkali water is sprayed to the waste gas containing hydrogen chloride to convert the hydrogen chloride gas into sodium chloride and water. An apparatus for the method is provided.</p> |
