METHOD OF MANUFACTURING FRAME OF TWO-WHEELED VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing frames of two-wheeled vehicles which is capable of manufacturing the steel frames and aluminum frames varying in shapes and materials in one welding line. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the frames of the two-wheeled vehicle which manufactures the steel frames and aluminum frames varying in the shapes and materials in the welding line has first and second automatic welding zones 2 and 3. A plurality of welding booths are arranged in the first automatic welding zone 2 where the front assemblies of the frames are subjected to normal deposition welding in the case of the steel frames and TIG weld zones are subjected to normal deposition welding in the case of the aluminum frames. A plurality of the welding booths are arranged in the second automatic welding zone 3 where the assemblies of the frames are subjected to normal deposition welding in the case of the steel frames and the TIG weld zones are subjected to normal deposition welding in the case of the aluminum frames.
