PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a poultice which has an excellent transdermal absorption property for a medicine such as a salicylate, an excellent medicine-stabilizing property and a low skin-irritating property. SOLUTION: An acrylate compound having a neutral degree of 10 to 50% is used as a poultice adhesive. Since a weakly acidic region of pH 4.0 to 7.0 is easily maintained, the gel paste can stably supply the poultice having excellent medicine stability and low skin-irritating property.
