PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper controller capable of moving two overlapping wiper blades without collision. SOLUTION: This wiper controller 1 has a first wiper 3 having the first wiper blade 10 reciprocatingly wiping a first unwiped part by a first wiper motor 7 and a second wiper 4 having the second wiper blade 16 reciprocatingly wiping a second unwiped part partly overlapping the first unwiped part of the first wiper blade 10 by a second wiper motor 13. When the first wiper blade 10 stop within the overlapping region, current toward the first wiper motor 7 is broken and the second wiper blade 16 is operated within a range that the second wiper blade 16 does not collie with the first wiper blade 10.
