PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the controllability of a crusher. SOLUTION: A feed inlet 3 is provided at the upper end of a duct 2, a shutter 7 is provided in the middle of the duct 2, and a crushing section 8 is provided at the lower end of the duct 2. A conveying pipe 12 is connected to the outlet of the section 8, and the pipe 12 is branched into a first conveying pipe 12 and a second conveying pipe 14. A selection damper 15 is provided on the branching part, the front end of the first conveying pipe 13 is inserted into a bag 18 mounted on a meter 16, and the front end of the pipe 14 is inserted into a bag mounted on another meter 17. When the current flowing through a motor 10 that drives the section 8 exceeds a specified value or when the outputs of both of the meters 16 and 17 exceed specified values, the shutter 7 is shut.
