PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an manipulated toy which makes an action of moving its arms forward and backward alternately like boxing by a person by remote control and by which the toys can match each other in addition, and to provide a manipulation machine for manipulating it. SOLUTION: The toy is provided with a receiving means 10 for receiving a manipulation signal from the manipulating machine 5, at least two arms, at least one wheel 41 at a lower part and a control means for controlling the receiving means, a first motor and a second motor. By the rotation of the first motor for a prescribed time, the arms can make the action of extending and contracting alternately. By the rotation of the first motor for a prescribed time, the manipulated toy 1 can make an action of rocking to the right and left through a second driving mechanism. By the rotation of the second motor for a prescribed time, the wheels 41 are rotated through a third driving mechanism.
