PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suturing apparatus with which operation to use a suturing thread and a suturing needle is simplified. SOLUTION: On the top side of a supporting tube 11a for holding a reciprocative member 11 to reciprocate, a ring-shaped suturing needle guide 20 is provided with a notched part to insert a viable tissue 40 as a part to be sutured, in the middle. Inside the suturing needle guide 20, an arcuate suturing needle 30 is housed to be rotatable. A slider 13a is housed in one half ring area of the suturing needle guide 20 and a slider 13b is housed in the other half ring area. The sliders 13a and 13b are connected with the reciprocative member 11 through first links 12a and 12b and connected with a link fixing part 21 through second links 14a and 14b. With such a reciprocative slider crank mechanism, the reciprocative member 11 is made reciprocate by operating an operating lever 11c and the sliders 13a and 13b are made reciprocate in the half ring areas so that the suturing needle 30 can be continuously rotated. |
