PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized water cleaner having excellent cleaning capability by filling active carbon in the space between an outer case and a cap, eliminating a conventional useless space and effectively using a narrow space. SOLUTION: A hollow fiber membrane body is provided in an outer jacket while leaving an annular space, and active carbon is filled in the space. A water-passing part to the hollow fiber membrane formed at the other end side of the hollow fiber membrane body and a communicating part communicating with the space are formed at the other end side opening of the outer jacket opposite to the side with a raw water inlet and a clean water outlet. The other end side opening of the outer jacket is blocked by the cap in the state in which the active carbon for cleaning water is filled in the communicating part. |
