PURPOSE: A leading device of an emergency cable is provided to improve the efficiency and to prevent accidents by removing the instability of a replacing operation and automatically connecting and separating emergency power through the driving of a trolley car. CONSTITUTION: A body portion is combined with plural frames to rotate a cable drum(10). The body portion contains a guide roller to guide a cable by installing in the upper frame and a cushion roller to be installed in the lower frame. A plug portion is connected with the cable. The plug portion contains a combining member to combine the guide roller with a fixing arm. A plug socket portion is combined with the plug portion and installed under a trolley car. A settling member(50) is installed in an entrance of a fire fighting tower to settle the plug portion. Operating power is automatically supplied by using the emergency power cable. Thereby, the operating load and the danger of an electric shock are prevented.
