PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a culture medium for aquatic organisms requiring phosphorus components by using the sewage sludge-incinerated ash that cannot be reused for cement and the like because it includes phosphor and has been used only as a reclamation material in no need of rock phosphate as a natural resource. SOLUTION: In the culture medium for aquatic organisms that is floatable on water and includes the nutrients for culturing aquatic organisms, for example, algae, the culture medium for aquatic organisms mainly comprises inorganic materials, hardening materials, sewage sludge-incinerated ash as a resource for feeding phosphorus. The amount of the incinerated ash added is >=10 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the inorganic material.
