PURPOSE: A driving device of an electro-luminescence display device is provided, which reduces power consumption and improve the uniformity, by realizing positive and negative pulses using single power supply voltage. CONSTITUTION: A scan driving part(34) supplies a positive or negative pulse inverted by a frame unit to scan lines. The scan driving part(34) receives a single power supply voltage from a single power supply source and generates the positive or negative pulse, inverted every frame, is sequentially supplied to the scan lines. A data driving part(32) supplies data lines with a positive or negative data pulse having an opposite polarity to the positive or negative scan pulse supplied to the scan lines.
