PURPOSE: A test piece for strength and fatigue test of a wire material, and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent the test piece from coming out from a chuck of a tester. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a test piece for strength and fatigue test of a wire material includes the steps of connecting one end and the other end of a test wire(2) with a plurality of sockets fixed to a strength and fatigue tester(1), inserting a standard cable into a fixed hole formed by the sockets and banding by a thin iron wire, bending both protruded ends through the sockets, sealing the iron wire bonding part by using a sealant, and soaking the bended parts in a solution mixed of unsaturated resin and a hardener for 24 hours to harden the bended parts.
